Noah Kouhoupt

Noah Kouhoupt is an American entrepreneur and real estate investor based in Vineland, New Jersey. He is the Founder and CEO of Atlantic Media Company (AMC), the founder of Kouhoupt Capital Management, and the owner of South Jersey Sunrooms & Decks.

Noah started AMC in February 2024 from his bedroom, with a simple goal: give outdoor living contractors a more reliable way to land high-ticket projects. Since then the agency has grown into a performance marketing partner for contractors across the country, delivering an average 22x return on ad spend. It grew 457% in 2025 and is on track for another strong year in 2026. Today Noah leads the agency's expansion into new markets, builds out its fulfillment team, and oversees risk management.

Noah also owns South Jersey Sunrooms & Decks, a LivingSpace Premier Partner and Porch Conversions dealer serving homeowners across South Jersey. The company runs on the same marketing AMC delivers to its clients, and the results speak for themselves: in the first two weeks after launching its AMC campaigns, the company sent over $250,000 in quotes and closed a $50,000 premium outdoor living project. Running a contracting business gives Noah a firsthand view of the industry his agency serves.

In January 2026, he founded Kouhoupt Capital Management, a long-term real estate firm focused on multi-tenant commercial and multifamily properties in South Jersey. The firm completed its first acquisition, a commercial unit in Vineland, in June 2026.

Noah was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal's Inno Under 25 list. He has spoken at the Rowan University Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and gave a TEDx talk titled “The Power of Naive Optimism.” In the talk he argues that the people who believe they're crazy enough to change the world are often the ones who actually do it. He grew up in Vineland and is completing dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Music Performance at Rowan University.

Noah is always looking for joint venture opportunities in real estate and has the capital to move quickly on off-market deals.
